Returns & Refunds Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises and we take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@2HandsFree.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

What do I do if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@2HandsFree.co.uk. We will then advise you on the best course of action. Usually, we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. In most cases we will refund the cost of posting damaged items back to us. Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

What do I do if a part breaks within 12 months of purchase?

All 2HF Kits come with a 12 month Satisfaction Guarantee from date of purchase. We will replace broken or faulty parts within that period free of charge. Exceptions to this are parts misused in any way that caused the problem or if incorrect size umbrellas are used, in accordance with the comparison and sizes chart. We may require product return for checking. In most cases we will refund the cost of posting damaged items back to us. Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Returning or Cancelling unwanted goods

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel or return your 2HF Kit to us within 14 days from the date you receive the item, and we will issue a refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your order, which is non-refundable. Returned goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee and should be in good/unused condition.
