Mainland UK Delivery

Postage and Packaging are included in the purchase price.

Deliveries are shipped 3 times a week (Mon, Wed and Fri)*

Estimated delivery times: 3-5 working days (After dispatch).

Delivery services are Royal Mail and Whistl Courier Services.

International Delivery

Additional postage charges will apply.

*We will endeavor to process your order within 24hrs of receiving your payment. Due to the current COVID-19 situation the delivery times may vary. Please be patient with us during this time.


How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (Mon-Fri), this is dependent on whether the items ordered are in stock and the delivery method above. We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
 
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Part-Tracking is available for the Whistl Courier Services.
 
Will I need to sign for my order?
No, you will not need to sign for your order.
 
I have a query regarding my delivery?

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.
