Who invented this?

Solved a challenge I’ve struggled with for years!

As a professional sports coach and games teacher for over 20 years, I could never avoid the elements, come rain or shine. This meant writing notes and feedback for large volumes of players became very difficult – either on paper or electronic devices.

The Two Hands Free Umbrella Kit (2HF) was designed and built in mind to support coaches and teachers under wet and raining conditions. This would allow them to use both hands for writing feedback or taking notes – and not have to hold an umbrella!

After much thought, iteration and user testing (working alongside a CAD Engineer), the first 3D prototype arrived and I realised that I was on to something! It soon then became clear the multiple uses the 2HF Kit could have for leisure and activity pursuits.

I work from home (when not teaching full time at school) with my personal 3D Print Farm using Creality and Prusa printers for manufacturing the 2HF Kit. All parts are assembled and QA tested by myself, by hand, before being shipped to customers. As with all 3D printing the results are a simple, but yet very effective product.

As an on-going business, I am also able to offer basic 3D Printing to customers who may want a simple prototype, or design produced, at competitive prices. Customers should contact info@2HandsFree.co.uk with the subject line of 3D Printer Services- note you must be able to supply the files for print, we cannot design or create designs currently.

Huge thanks go to these people for their help and support to get Two Hands Free up and running;
